Silver Bullet is my favorite. I've watched it at least six times since I was a kid - definitely the perfect werewolf movie for horror-headed kids.
I need to see Gingersnaps...

Silver Bullet is my favorite. I've watched it at least six times since I was a kid - definitely the perfect werewolf movie for horror-headed kids. Agreed. Gary Busey is the man in that movie. I still have no clue what Busey is saying when the werewolf is turning back into a human after being shot, but it's funny as hell. The only other horror movie I have seen Busey in is called "A Crack In The Floor". Terrible film, but Busey is only in the movie for one scene I think. He gets in the line, "I like to stick banana's in hidden places.".

Silver Bullet is really good. The original Wolfman is good. Bad Moon is a very underated small movie. I must agree with American Werewolf in London. One of my all time favorite horror movies. One of the few to blend comedy and horror so well without being over the top silly and still being scary. Probably the best transformation scene ever.

I'm going with American Werewolf In London, with The Wolf Man right behind. Curse Of The Werewolf is a good one. Oliver Reed is so very young in it.

An American Werewolf in London.
I also love Dog Soldiers, The Howling, Gingersnaps, and the original Universal Wolfman.

am i the only one that didn't like the original wofman . i thought lawrence talbert was a deuche. i think the 19330/40s style every man just bugged lon chaney sr was by far the superior chaney but that' s my opinion and admittedly there are a lot of performances by both i have seen so i may be wrong

I liked American Werewolf, and also Bad Moon. While not a traditional werewolf movie, I really enjoyed Wolfen.

I loved An American Werewolf in London, Silver Bullet, The Howling, Dog Soliders and while fuzzy on the details I remember Bad moon being pretty good.
I like how Busey and Spoon in Dog Soldiers actually try to put up a fight against the werewolves instead of just sitting there scared like some dumbass.
