In an age of $600 videogame consoles and every teen needing a cellphone, a remake of a movie about a killer doll has never been so necessary. ... ? www.bloody-disgusting.com/news/10217

I think action figures are made primarily for adult collectors today, maybe they could have gone in that direction to make it more original.

its funny in a way how people despise the ideas of remakes (I'm no better mind you). I keep thinking in comparison to a play or something it's not uncommon for there to be many different versions of a play that are updated, changed, etc. However when a movie does it it seems to ruffle allot of feathers. Just would be interesting I guess if remakes were more common and easier to make-still it does show the lack of creativity.

I don’t know how anyone but Brad could voice Chucky.

the first childs play was by far the best, and given the choice id rather they did a new take on the original idean than another of those shitty seed of chucky films, but iam a big fan of the chucky character, even dressed my little nephew up as him for halloween, my sister was pissed.

I really enjoyed the first one and Bride of Chucky, never cared much for the rest.
