So this will be my most bizzare post yet, with all due reverance to Good Ol' J.R.
I got Bell's Palsy two years ago and I fought it off in 13 days, my lucky number. Since then, I've fought off Bell's a crapload of times, always successfully. The first sign is the feeling of a tiny flatworm under the skin in my left cheek. Taking three times the recommended dail allowance of the Vitamin Bs, Vitamin D, and Fish Oil, as well as (goofy sounding time) massaging your face, well, I win every time.
And I won last night. I drank two five hour energies, two guarana teas, and two Black Sunshines. Damn that Bell's! I still kicked Bell's ass again last night.
Back to business. Dance of the Dead makes me so happy. When the president of the sci-fi club rescues the prom queen he quotes Luke Skywalker when Luke rescued Leia on the original Death Star.
My favorite character in this movie is Kyle, but I love the hero who also was the young asshole brother in Otis.
Independence Stash IPA is still delicious!

Way to go, LOB! Tell that bitch-ass bell's palsy who's boss. I'll smite ya till you get to your lucky number 13. I saw Prince of Darkness. Decent movie. Not John Carpenter's best work, but even on his worst days he makes a better horror film than most directors. MMM: 9

Yeah, I feel bad for J.R. So much in healing sometimes is in the simplicity of believing in mind over matter. But gracias, Senor Maple.
The following is what to me is the most beautiful scene in horror.
The Creature had every right to be pissed. The naked monkeys drugged him thrice, trapped him n a net once, impaled him with two harpoons, caged him up, and shot him about eight times with rifles. The worst to the creature was that his crush, the two-footed screamy broad, in one scene, glamourosly smoked a cigarette and tossed the butt into his home, the Black Lagoon. What a trashy broad!
I think New Belgium changed their Ranger IPA recipe. After two years of liking it as a Pale Ale, it finally is hopped up to a proper India Pale Ale level! Yum. Cheers!

Just finished a very fun horror movie, Leprechaun Back 2 Da Hood. I like the air to be thick, hence my favorite clip.
Mama sure does have a lovely Lil Pilz. Cheers!
Petey is next, dontcha know he took the Fourth of July and put it in June? The high sheriff of Hell. Born on that date of that geat Miami, Florida storm..... Release yourselves!
I saw Rudy Ray Moore do stand-up back in 1994. What a drunken old mysoganist! I loved him! Good times.

Just watched the classic Creepshow. Great movie. Well I'm calling it a month. I'm all horror-movied out after the last couple of days. I can't imagine watching 30 horror movies within a span of 2 weeks. Absolute madness.
MMM: 10 (most likely distant 3rd place)

Maple, my eyes are itchy.
This was madness. No more horror for me for a month and a half. But that said, I wouldn't take back this experience.
Brother Jake. It is time for strategy. I'm aiming only for movies barely over an hour long, just so ya know.
Five hours good sir. Bring it.

I feel like I will be channeling Shane Douglas at the end of Eastern Championship Wrestling's time on this earth.
Rick Baker was, is, and always will be the man! Frankestein is always great. And a cheers to the brood of Baker; Rob Botin, Tom Savini, and the other masters of horror.
It's scary, I already know what half of the movies I watch for the Second Annual Halloween Competition will be. One will be Young Frankestein.
Will I pass out before The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari ends? I'm about to start it.
And with the Universal version of Frankestein, LOB-39.

Well, 37 minutes till the end, and I am done. Half way through The Cabinet of Caligari, and I can't focus.
I want to say three things, maybe prematurally.
Thank you Jake for pushing me to watch twenty more movies than I would have.
I apologize to my eyeballs and liver. You can rest and heal up now. I hurt and am delirious.
And in tribute of my fellow Texans and the incredibly real sport of Pro-Rasslin'.
I am Kerry Von Erich. I am Mean Mark. I am Barry Windham. I am Stonecold. I'm even the Fat Man himself. I AM Ricky Steamboat! And I will take you on next year!
Dog will hunt!

Well I enjoyed this contest.I saw so many classics I've always wanted to see, a few good new movies, and some pretty bad ones.
Between us it's rediculous all the movies we covered.
